Ownership Transfer
Upon final payment, you will own the final website design and code created specifically for your project. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to use pre-built components, frameworks, and tools in your project. These remain our intellectual property and may be used in future projects.
Our services may involve third-party services such as domain registrars, web hosting providers, email services, and analytics platforms. We are not responsible for the policies or performance of these third-party services.
We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. However, we cannot guarantee specific results (such as search engine rankings or conversion rates) as these depend on many factors beyond our control.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as expressly set forth in this agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniQuake Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, resulting from the use of our services.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination:

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OmniQuake Media operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
